Lloydminster, Alberta – Weddings on the Border bridal showcase 2010!
Wow! I’m still coming down off the amazing high from Weddings on the Border. This year, I co-hosted and co-produced the entire show with my fabulous friend and partner in awesomeness, Kaylie Franklin of Happily Ever After Event Planning & Decor. It’s been a full year of planning, but I think we produced a great show. I consider it a huge personal success, and I hope everyone involved feels the same way!
Thank you so much to the Happily Ever After team, my own team (Kendra Gale and Carleane Devall), all the exhibitors, our sponsors, the models, the women who let us use their dresses for our super-cool “Old, New, Borrowed, Blue” fashion show, and, of course, all the brides and their families and friends who attended!
Here are some photos from the show … I meant to get around and do more detailed shots of all of the booths, but it was a busy day for everyone involved!!
My BFF Kendra, who has come up to help me for the show every year since it began! Love you, owe you!
Kendra’s cutie-pie Chihuahua, Timmy. He comes to the show every year, too! He hates his tuxedo. We loved it.

The next few images are different views of the Jennifer Jacula Photography booth …

Cake Love cupcakes, who provided us with cupcakes for all of our brides to enjoy during the fashion show. Yummy! Thanks Crystal!

Sarah from Fame Studios brought her dancers and put on a ballroom performance and an instructional demo. She also donated a private dance lesson as a door prize. Thanks Sarah and Fame Studios!

On to the fashion show. This year, we decided to rock the vintage theme that is so hot for 2010 and dug up a bunch of dresses from the 1930′s right up to 2009. It was a cool retrospective on bridal styles through the years!

And this is the lucky couple who won my crazy awesome $3000+ wedding photography package giveaway! Congrats Ryan & Jen!
