I love sessions like these – 4×4ing around the countryside, random locations, old vehicles … totally my thing!

Baby Ezra turned one year old the day before, and he brought his parents along for his birthday photo session. I last saw Ezra around Halloween – and he’s all grown up now! And soooo cute!

It was a cold night, so momma and her kittens have now taken up residence in our bathtub. But aren’t they cute? Five grey kitties, three girls, two boys.

My daughter is THRILLED!

Mew keeps a close eye on everyone who enters the bathroom.

I love shooting at farms – there’s never a shortage of backgrounds to use, and all kinds of cool things to use and climb into and sit on – and farm people are always willing to get dirty for photos! Love it!

This was Richelle & Ken’s idea, and I loved it! Taking an old couch out to the lane to use for photos was so fun!

They had a few random cute & cuddly kittens around the place. This little guy looks like trouble, doesn’t he? So cute!

But it’s summer … and my orchard calls to me, bursting with ripe raspberries, cherries and currants. So, when I’m not editing, I’m outside, picking fruit, cheerfully ensconsed in my happy place.

Anyway! Enough about me. More about the extremely sweet family I photographed last Friday. Sarah, Thomas, Ethan and sweet little one month old Nemiah. I can honestly say they are as nice as they are good looking! Truly awesome people – and Henry, the labrador, was pretty cool too.

Thanks for having me out to your place! I had a great time meeting you all! Sarah – pie making late August/early September!! I can’t wait!
