Booking Policy  

For first time portrait clients, all bookings must be secured with a credit card number. You will be charged 50% of your session fee at the time of booking. This 50% is your retainer to hold your spot for the date and time agreed upon and is non-refundable.

The balance of your session fee may be paid by cash, cheque or credit card at the time of your session.

Cancellation Policy

With all cancellations, you forfeit your retainer unless you reschedule to a later date. When you reschedule, your retainer will be applied to your new date.

If you cancel less than seven days before your session date, you will be charged an additional 25% of your session fee.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session date, you will be charged for the full outstanding balance.

If you do not show up for your session, you will be charged for your entire outstanding balance plus a $50 inconvenience fee.

GST will be applied to all fees.
