Green Statement

We're all concerned about the environment. So, in my daily life and in the running of my business, I try my hardest to be a friend to the environment. As a farmer's wife and gardener, I am truly in touch with the environment on a daily basis!

Whenever possible, I use partially recycled or 100% recycled materials in my packaging. I also repurpose packaging whenever possible by reusing boxes and packing materials.

A few examples of my commitment to being green:

I use rechargeable batteries 100% of the time in my cameras and other equipment.

My preferred printing company for press-printed materials uses 100% soy-based output and FSC stock. They're also a Canadian company - yay Canada!

I use Nashville Wraps for many of my packaging supplies. They offer a wide range of eco-friendly retail packaging options.

I also love Mayer's Packaging. Based in Edmonton, I get my natural kraft (unbleached, uncolored product!) boxes and bags from them. These products are 100% biodegradable and recyclable, so please repurpose, recycle or compost them.

My favorite album company, Finao, uses 100% recycled and recyclable products in their packaging. Yay Finao! You can read their green piece for yourself here.

I constantly strive to find new sources of recycled materials. It's just my way of Paying it Forward to the world!
