Individual Portraits

$75* sitting fee, session lasts up to one hour

Family Portraits

$75* sitting fee for families of up to four people, session lasts up to one hour - 15 to 30 finished images to choose from

$100* sitting fee for families of five, session lasts about an hour - 20 to 40 finished images to choose from

$125* sitting fee for families of six or more, session lasts up to an hour and a half - 25 to 50 finished images to choose from

Belly & Baby

Maternity session when mom is seven to nine months along; newborn session within one month of baby's birth. Dads and siblings are welcome to get in the photos as well. $150 sitting fee for both sessions.*

Grad Shoots

$75* sitting fee. Session lasts up to 2 hours and may include multiple locations and wardrobe changes. Very fun, modern and funky - the shoot will reflect the grads own style.

Engagement Shoots

$150/couple* sitting fee. Session lasts up to 2 hours.

Boudoir

The perfect gift for your man for Valentine's Day, Christmas, his birthday, your anniversary or just as a naughty and nice surprise. Think tease, not sleaze - classy, not trashy. $150 for 2 hour session.

Location shoots:

Regular sitting fee, plus mileage costs. See our Mileage Rates for details.

If backdrop/portable studio is requested, a $75 backdrop fee will apply.

All Shoots:

Sitting fee is non-refundable and must be paid on or before day of shoot.

Your Shoot ...

Some guidelines for wardrobe ...

No big logos or really busy prints. Non-reflective fabrics look the best on-camera. Best results are also obtained with clothing colors other than black and white.

If your shoot involves more than one individual, dress in complimentary colours or different shades of the same colour. You don't want to clash, but you don't want to look like you just stepped out of a Sears catalogue, either. Unless that's the look you're going for, in which case, rock it!

Bring a few wardrobe options that all reflect who you are and we'll work with them to create something fabulous.

Bare feet are preferable over shoes, but subtle footwear is welcome and often necessary!

Location, location, location ...

Outdoors: bring bug spray and slap on the sunscreen! If it's a hot day, please bring water for yourself and anyone else who is accompanying you. If it's cold, invest in really cool outerwear and remember that textures photograph beautifully.

Your house or mine: I do have a portable studio, but it takes up quite a bit of space. I need a clear space of at least 10x10 feet to shoot a child, more than that for a maternity, family or engagement shoot. I'm more than happy to pitch in with shifting furniture, but if you'd rather not have to clean up the house and shift furniture, I am usually able to accommodate studio shoots in my home - so long as you don't mind my young daughter being around to "help" with the shoot!

Elsewhere: let me know what location you have in mind and I'll arrange for us to have permission to shoot there. I'm always happy to try out new spots!

Newborns and children ...

I always allow plenty of time for shoots involving children. Some go very quickly, others can take time. I'm a mother myself, so I know these little ones have good days and bad days and that moods can change at the drop of a hat. I don't mind taking a break to allow you to nurse or feed your baby or child a snack. I can provide you with a private area for you to breastfeed, a change table (and diaper pail!), a high chair or booster seat and pretty much whatever other equipment you might need while you're away from home. Poop happens, and everything I have is washable!

Most of all, it should be fun ...

I want you to be able to relax and be yourself during your shoot. I'll give you some direction, but I also want you to act naturally and feel comfortable around me. If that means I need to tell you a crude joke, sing Itsy Bitsy Spider to your toddler or serenade you and your fiancé with a love song, I'll do it! A photo shoot with me will be a unique and memorable experience, but most of all, it should be fun!
